Universal Access Consultant to Aurecon (the appointed company) to George Municipality. Tasks include, appraisals, policy review, writing and reviewing Universal Design Access Plans, that are submitted annually for review by the National Department of Transport. Areas of competencies include Transport planning, Operational context, Marketing and communications, Customer care, Fare system, Passenger information and way-finding, Infrastructure and Vehicles throughout the Travel Chain. (Project is ongoing and currently still underway)
