Along with Marnie Peters and Bob Topping (Canada and North America based), Inclusive Design was part of a team who assisted with the development a Universal Access Report and Action Plan for the Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure Branch (SPIB) at Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), in Canada.

The role fulfilled by Inclusive Design in this project was to review sets of international UA Standards (namely BS 8300 and ISO 21542) and distill a series of best practices among the various standards for the Science and Parliamentary Infrastructure department, that would read as an extensive checklist.

A secondary deliverable was to assign the top listed beneficiaries for each line item and best practice specification. The document covered internal and external environments and the first submitted version of this document to the client was in excess of 700 pages.
